When David and I got back from Connecticut I realized that the "drip" I was hearing before we left was not just me going crazy. We in fact had a MAJOR drip coming from the guy who lives above us.

The water was so bad that the power in the left half of our apartment (bathroom & bedroom) went out.
OH and to make matters worse the guy dripping on us... isn't home.
So until he comes back there is nothing we can do
