when i came home from work and jack was happy to see me... he didn't know where he was going.
when i pulled into the pet hotel parking lot.
when we walked up to the receptionist.
when he looked up at me with his glossy black eyes.
when they had to drag him away from me by his leash.
when he looked back at me from behind the glass.
when i walked outside.
when i got in the car.
on my drive home until nick called.
when i unlocked the door and there was no jack at my feet.
thinking about him being all alone right now.
i miss him. a lot. he is my baby.
